ENERGOPROJEKT OPREMA AD THROUGH ITS INO-COMPANY IN NIGERIA SIGNED TWO CONTRACTS OF TOTAL VALUE US$ 46 MILLION
Energo Nigeria Ltd, Energoprojekt Oprema’s ino-company, and the Nigerian national company for the electrical energy transmission (Transmission Company of Nigeria) signed a contract for construction of 330 KV transmission line Erukan - Omotosho, in the length of 132 km in the region of Lagos. The contract value amounts to US$ 33 million. The completion period of the works is two years.
Together with the contract for construction of 20 km of 132 KV transmission line and 15 MVA transformer station, 132/33/3. 3 kV, for the depot and ship loading/unloading of Atlas Cove oil, on the island of Tarkwa at the entrance to the port of Lagos, that Energo Nigeria Ltd. has recently signed with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and whose value is US$ 13 million and the completion period 18 months, the total value of the newly contracted works of the company Energo Nigeria Ltd. in the energy sector, in the second half of this year, has amounted to US$ 46 million. |

ENERGOPROJEKT OPREMA AD SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT OF 9.59 MILLION EUR IN NIGERIA
Energoprojekt Oprema AD and the German company Bilfinger Berger Nigeria GmbH (in cooperation with its foreign entities - Energo Nigeria Ltd. and Julius Berger Plc.) concluded in May this year the Subcontract on engineering, procurement and erection works of the equipment and materials for the construction of the first phase of the infrastructure project “Real Estate” in Lagos, which provides for the construction of various facilities for 12,000 people. The Project is financed by Pension Fund of “Chevron", the famous American corporation dealing with the oil and gas exploitation. The value of the contracted job is 9.59 million EUR. The time limit for the realization of this Contract is May 2011. |

ENERGOPROJEKT OPREMA AD SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT OF 8.24 MILLION EUR IN NIGERIA
Energoprojekt Oprema AD and the German company Bilfinger Berger Nigeria GmbH (in cooperation with its foreign entities - Energo Nigeria Ltd. and Julius Berger Plc.) concluded at the end of April this year the Subcontract on engineering, procurement and erection works of the equipment and materials for the construction of the second phase of the Governor complex of the Nigerian Federal State Akwa Ibom, covering the construction of infrastructure with all public utility systems included, such as the electric power production and distribution, plants for the treatment of drinking and waste waters, then water supply, hydrant and fire-fighting network, telecommunication network and others. The Project is financed by Federal State Akwa Ibom. The value of the contracted job is 8.24 million EUR. The time limit for realization of this Contract is October 2011. |

NEW CONTRACT IN SERBIA WORTH 6,8 MILLION EURO
Energoprojekt Oprema a.d. and Installaciones Inabensa, S.A. in February 2009, signed a Contract for the construction of new 100 kilometer long 400 kV overhead transmission line between substation Leskovac 2 and FYRM border. This Contract represents phase II of the International Project for the construction of transmission line between cities of Nis, Republic of Serbia and Skopje, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Phase I, construction of 400 kV OHTL between cities of Nis and Leskovac in the Republic of Serbia are already contracted and under construction by the Consortium lead by Energoprojekt Oprema a.d.
Contract value is 6,8 million euro. The Project is financed by - Delegation of European Commission in Republic of Serbia, for and on behalf of the Public Enterprise “Elektromreža Srbije”. The contract is due to be completed in the first half of the 2010.
With this Contract, we are continuing a long and successful cooperation with Public Enterprise “Elektromreža Srbije”. |

New Contract signed in Akwa Ibom State„Uyo Governor’s Lodge“,
After a successful execution of the construction of the National Assembly Hall, phase I in the Nigerian capital city Abuja, Energo Nigeria is continuing its partnership with German company „Bilfinger Berger GmbH“ and its Nigerian Company„Julius Berger Nigeria“.
The Contract worth NGN 851 million (Euro 4.7 million) has been signed on the 07.07.2008. between „Julius Berger Nigeria“ and „Energo Nigeria Ltd.“
The Project includes preparation of Detailed and As Build Design, procurement of all the equipment and materials, construction, commissioning, training of client’s personnel and other post-construction services for the high and low voltage systems, HVAC systems, and mechanical (potable and waste water, drainage and fire-fitting) systems.
The period for the contract execution is 11 months, starting 21.07.2008. |

| New contract worth 4,5 million Euros has been signed
Energoprojekt Oprema is resuming a successful cooperation with Public Utility Enterprise “Belgrade Thermal Power Plants”. A new contract, worth 4,5 million Euros has been signed on the 21st. of April 2008 for the equipment procurement and installation and construction works for the TPP “Novi Beograd”.
The Contract is due to be finalized by the end of the year 2009.

New Contract with Ministry of health and Clinical center of Serbia
On the 09th of June 2006, as a leader of a Consortium, Energoprojekt Oprema, has signed the contract worth USD 10,249,760.00 with Ministry of health and Clinical center of Serbia. The contract consist of design, supply build and maintenance of new energy supply system of Clinical Center of Serbia.
It is due to be finalized in November 2007. |

Turn key contracts in Nigeria
Through one of its companies – Energo Nigeria Co. Ltd., Energoprojekt Oprema has been awarded two new Turn Key contracts in Nigeria with the value that exceed 175 million US dolar.
One project is construction of 2x 240km of 330kV DC Transmission Line - Enugu - Ikot Ekpene, and 330kV Substation at New Haven (South)-Enugu, Nigeria, and the other one is construction of Substation ERUKAN: 2x300 MVA 330/132kV and 2x60 MVA132/33kV SG with turn in & out in Lagos.

New Contract in Nigeria - Mechanical Works on the Construction of the National Assembly Complex
In April 2005, Energoprojekt Oprema co. signed a contract with German Bilfinger Berger company, one of the largest construction Companies in the World.
On the Project worth 140 millions dollars - construction of the National Assembly complex, our company will be executing all mechanical (sanitary and HVAC) and local automatization works.
Completion of the project is planned to be in 2007. |

Potable Water Distribution System in Kraljevo
On the 28.12.2004. Energoprojekt Oprema signed a contract with Enterprise for planning and construction of the city of Kraljevo, for the construction of 7 km long potable water distribution piping system (ductile iron pipe material).
The Project value is 2 million Euros and consists of procurement, construction, commissioning and maintenance.
The contract has started in January and it is estimated to be completed in the period of six months.

Cigarette Factory Monus - Indjija
Energoprojekt Oprema signed on the 27th of September 2004. a Contract for the procurement and construction of mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations and utilities for the Cigarette Factory “Monus” in Indjija, Serbia and Montenegro.
The Project consists of procurement and construction of the a.m. equipment and installations, commissioning and maintenance. All the works are due to be completed in April 2005. |

The first major Contract of our Company in EU
Energoprojekt Oprema signed the contract with ESB and Laing O’Rourke Waterland for the reconstruction and upgrade of the Irish medium voltage distribution network.
Mr. Predrag Aleksic, Energoprojekt Oprema’s Project Manager emphasized the importance of this contract as the first Project of its kind to be executed by one of Serbian Companies in the countries of European Union.
In 2003 ESB - Electrical Service Board has issued a procurement notice for the reconstruction and upgrade of 20kV distribution network in Ireland.
Belgrade Energoprojekt Oprema was one among four companies elected for the execution of this Contract.
The contract worth 12,25 million Euros, consists of reconstruction, upgrade and replacement of 50 years old and 4000 km long Transmission lines in Dublin and North-east Area.
“To obtain this Contract we were asked to complete a Pilot Project in year 2003. Our trained and skilled professionals performed as expected and finalized the works by being among the best.
With 150 workers, we are currently working on the replacement of 10 and 20 kV distribution networks at three locations - Trim, Slane, Carrickmacross, explained Mr. Predrag Aleksic, Project Manager and Head of Electrical Department in Energoprojekt Oprema.
For this project we have established a good cooperation with Electricity Power Authorities of Serbia. We expect the Project to be finalized by the end of 2006. |
